El titular de la web desarrolla su actividad, entre otros, como Abogado en ejercicio en el Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Sabadell (ICASBD), con número colegial 2218. El título que habilita dicha circunstancia es el de Licenciado en Derecho expedido en España. Indicar igualmente que se encuentra sujeto a la Deontología Profesional estipulada por el ICASBD, pudiéndose dirigir a la misma mediante el correo deontologia@icasbd.org
De igual modo, para el ejercicio de la actividad de Delegado de Protección de Datos (DPO-DPD), el titular, se halla formado y certificado por el Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona (ICAB) con fecha de Abril de 2017.
